HOLDING :
The first measuring
mast for wind energy assesment purpose is erected in
1996 by Demirer Holding
First windfarm of Turkey feeding
into the grid is established in 1998 in Cesme Izmir.
The first steel
towers are produced domestically in 1999 to be used in
Bozcaada windfarm the next year.
The first rotor
blade factory established in 2002 in Izmir in
partnership with Enercon GmbH Germany. Actually round 500 people are
employed there .
The first three projects in the
world to get Gold Standard in voluntery
market are our Mare, Anemon and Sayalar projects.
